Talk to a person.

There is no ticket queue and no chatbot. Mail reaches the people building Dwelve, and they answer it.

What to put in the message

Four things turn a report we have to ask three questions about into one we can act on the same day.

  1. What you were trying to do, in one sentence.
  2. What you expected, and what happened instead.
  3. The page you were on — the address is enough.
  4. A screenshot, if there is anything to see.

We answer in the language you write in — English, Russian or Uzbek. Expect a reply within two working days. If a bug is stopping a class from sitting a test, say so in the subject line and it goes to the front.

Or just try it, and write to us afterwards.

Creating an account takes less time than writing the email, and you will have better questions once you have.
