The agreement between Dwelve and the schools, teachers and students using it during early access.
Last updated 25 August 2026
These terms apply to dwelve.uz and to the Dwelve application at app.dwelve.uz. They are short because the product is young, and they will get longer as it stops being young. If something here does not fit how your school works, write to us rather than assuming.
Dwelve is a hosted service for creating, delivering and grading academic tests. During early access it is provided free of charge and without a contractual uptime guarantee.
We ship continuously, so features change. Anything that would alter how your existing tests behave is announced by email before it lands.
An account is for one person. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account.
Schools and learning centers are responsible for the accounts they create, and for who they give teacher or admin roles to.
Tests, questions, uploaded material and student results belong to you or to your school. We claim no ownership of them.
We hold and process them only in order to run the service for you. The privacy policy sets out the detail.
While using Dwelve, you agree not to:
Drafted questions are a starting point, not an answer key to be trusted unread. Every draft passes through a teacher review step for exactly this reason, and the teacher who publishes a test is responsible for its content.
We make no warranty that a drafted question is accurate, appropriate for a year group, or free of error.
We work hard to keep the service up, particularly while classes are sitting tests, and we give notice of planned maintenance where we can.
Early access carries no service-level agreement. Do not schedule a high-stakes examination on Dwelve without a fallback.
Early access is free. If that changes, the pricing page changes first and every account is emailed at least 30 days beforehand. Nothing you have already created will be withheld without that notice.
You can stop using Dwelve at any time, and ask us to delete your account and its content.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that puts other users' data at risk, and we will say why.
Dwelve is provided as-is during early access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost teaching time, or the consequences of a test that could not be sat.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
When these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and account holders are emailed. Questions go to support@dwelve.app.
