Privacy Policy

What Dwelve collects, why it collects it, and what a school can ask us to do with it.

Last updated 25 August 2026

This policy covers the Dwelve marketing site at dwelve.uz and the Dwelve application at app.dwelve.uz. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible. If anything in it is unclear, ask — the address is in the footer of every page.

1.Who we are

Dwelve is an academic testing platform for schools and private learning centers. This site explains the product; the product itself runs at app.dwelve.uz.

For questions about this policy, or to make any of the requests described below, write to support@dwelve.app.

2.What this site collects

This site — dwelve.uz — has no accounts, no forms, and no analytics or advertising trackers. It stores one thing in your browser: the color theme you chose, so the page does not flash white if you asked for dark.

Your language is part of the address you are reading rather than something recorded about you.

3.What the application collects

Inside the application, Dwelve holds what running a test requires:

  • Account details: name, email address, and role — admin, teacher or student.
  • School and class membership, so that a test reaches the right group.
  • Content you create: tests, questions, answer keys, and any material uploaded in order to draft questions from it.
  • Test activity: the answers submitted, scores, timings and submission times.
  • Problem reports you choose to send, including the screenshot and page address attached to them.

4.Why we hold it

Every item above exists to make the product work: to sign you in, to show a class the right test, to grade it, and to show a teacher the result.

We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone for their own purposes. Student work is not used to train machine-learning models.

5.Where AI drafting sends your material

When you upload a document to draft questions from, its text is sent to a third-party AI provider to produce those drafts, and the drafts come back to you for review. The provider processes it on our instruction, to perform that task, and for no other purpose.

If a document is sensitive, do not upload it. Drafting is optional, and every question can be written by hand.

6.How long it is kept

Account, class and test data is kept while the account exists. When an account or a school is deleted, its data is removed from the live system, and from backups as those backups age out.

You can ask us to delete an account and everything attached to it at any time.

7.Students and their data

Students use Dwelve through the school or learning center that enrolled them. The school decides who has an account and what is recorded about them; we process that data on the school's instruction.

A parent or guardian with a question about their child's data should start with the school, which can pass any request to us.

8.What you can ask for

Whatever your local law entitles you to, we will do the following on request, for any account:

  • Give you a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is inaccurate.
  • Delete an account and its content.
  • Explain anything in this policy in plain language.

9.Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to production data is limited to the people who need it to run the service.

No system is perfect. If we discover a breach affecting your school, we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.

10.Changes to this policy

When this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and account holders are emailed. Continuing to use Dwelve after that means the new version applies.
